Terms of Service

You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account, purchase a plan, or earn rewards. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The Service provides general education, calculations, organization, estimates, and suggested planning orders. It is not individualized financial, investment, tax, accounting, insurance, credit, or legal advice; a fiduciary, broker, bank, tax preparer, credit-repair company, or money transmitter; or an offer to trade a security. Money Router does not connect to accounts, hold funds, transfer money, execute trades, or decide for you. You review the output and move the money.

Results depend on your inputs and assumptions. Rates, prices, laws, benefits, and market data can change or be delayed. Verify important facts with original sources and qualified professionals. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong and must be reviewed. Never submit passwords, government IDs, full card or bank data, or confidential third-party information.

The core planner may be free. Personal Pro is $2 per month and Business Pro is $5 per month unless checkout clearly displays another price. Business Pro includes Personal Pro. Trial duration and card requirements are displayed before activation. Paid plans renew monthly until canceled, and taxes may apply. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. The 30-day guarantee covers only qualifying first charges; non-waivable legal rights still apply.

Do not bypass access controls or limits; disrupt security; upload malware; scrape personal data; impersonate others; spam; misuse the Service for fraud, market manipulation, unlawful activity, or unauthorized financial services; infringe rights; reverse engineer protected components except where law permits; or place unreasonable automated load on the Service. We may restrict access to protect users, the Service, or others.

You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit them only as needed to provide and secure the requested Service and meet legal duties. You represent that you have the right to submit them and will not upload another person’s sensitive information without permission.

The Service, branding, software, design, original content, and documentation belong to The Dollar Verdict or its licensors. We grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or internal business planning. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service or dataset from protected materials.

The Service may rely on Stripe, Cloudflare, Meta, CoinGecko, Yahoo Finance, and other providers. We do not control their availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices. Affiliate and referral program terms shown on their pages also apply. Rewards may be withheld or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, self-referrals, duplicates, fraud, spam, misleading claims, prohibited bidding, or legal violations.

We may change, add, suspend, or discontinue features and integrations and may suspend accounts for material violations, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, or legal necessity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. You may stop using the Service at any time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RESULTS. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS ARE NOT EXCLUDED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DOLLAR VERDICT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED.

We may update these Terms prospectively and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Before filing a formal claim, email thedollarverdict@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective.
