What the guarantee covers
- Your first Personal Pro or Business Pro subscription charge.
- A request sent within 30 calendar days of that first charge.
- One refund per customer.
What it does not cover
- Renewal charges after the first paid month.
- Duplicate accounts, repeated refund requests, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent use.
- Affiliate commissions or referral rewards connected to a refunded purchase.
How to request it
Email thedollarverdict@gmail.com from the address used at Stripe checkout. Include “30-day guarantee” in the subject. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.
Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically request a refund. This guarantee does not alter rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
