Privacy Policy

This policy applies to thedollarverdict.com, Money Router, accounts, subscriptions, emails, and our affiliate and referral programs (the “Service”). The Dollar Verdict is the operator. Send privacy questions or requests to thedollarverdict@gmail.com.

Free calculator entries, debt accounts, holdings, settings, check-ins, visitor IDs, and attribution may be stored in localStorage or similar browser storage. Clearing storage, switching devices, or private browsing can remove or prevent access to them. Account sync stores only data covered by the save or sync feature you use.

We use information to provide and secure the Service; create accounts; save requested workspaces; process subscriptions, trials, refunds, referrals, and rewards; send requested plans and consented emails; provide support and AI features; prevent abuse; measure performance; improve features; enforce terms; and meet legal duties. We do not use your entries to execute transactions or move money.

We disclose information as reasonably needed to Cloudflare for hosting, databases, storage, security, and AI inference; Stripe for payments; Meta for advertising measurement when the Meta Pixel loads; email providers; and market-data sources when quotes are requested. We may also disclose information to comply with law, prevent fraud or harm, complete a business transfer, or follow your direction. Providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not sell personal information for money.

First-party analytics and the Meta Pixel help measure visits, plan starts, completions, and subscriptions. Meta may receive browser, device, and page activity under its own privacy policy. Referral cookies and campaign parameters attribute eligible activity to a partner or customer for up to 30 days. See our Cookie and Tracking Notice.

We retain information only as reasonably needed to provide accounts, meet billing, tax, fraud-prevention, referral, dispute, and legal needs, then delete or de-identify it. Browser data remains until you or your browser removes it; backups may persist temporarily. We use HTTPS, restricted access, hashed passwords, signed sessions, security headers, and provider safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

You may unsubscribe through an email link, clear browser storage, or stop using the Service. Email thedollarverdict@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of account information. We may verify identity and keep information when law permits or requires. Where applicable, you may request disclosure information, opt out of covered sale or sharing, limit covered sensitive-data use, and receive service without unlawful discrimination. Browser privacy signals are honored where legally required and technically applicable.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Accounts, paid plans, affiliate participation, and rewards are for people at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live. The Service is operated for a U.S. audience; information may be processed in the United States and other locations where providers operate.

We may update this policy as the Service changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material.
